Eligible for Exchange/Return

• Within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Original invoice/receipt required

Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched or made-to-measure outfits
• Sale/discounted items
• Innerwear, perfumes, jewellery, or accessories

Process

2. We’ll arrange free pickup from major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.)
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process exchange or store credit within 3–5 days.

Refund

• Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refund)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
